Dominican Republic enhance facilities for visitors with disabilities

"Handicap Travellers DR", company dedicated to the advice of visitors with disabilities and / or medical limitations visiting the Dominican Republic in its different tourist areas , unveiled its services for the Accessible Tourism, hand in hand with the company "Special Needs at Sea", based in Miami, Florida, with experience in the rental of equipment for tourists with limited mobility in the cruise segment.

Through this alliance "Handicap Travelers DR" becomes the No. 1 recipient in the Caribbean of Special Needs at Sea, offering tourists the possibility to enjoy a holiday without barriers that prevent them from living the innumerable experiences which offers the main tourist destination of the Caribbean.

Its portfolio of products and services is aimed at tourists with disabilities and / or medical limitations such as: motor limitations, people with morbid obesity, elderly people, etc. "Handicap Travelers Dr" provides equipment such as electric scooters, electric wheelchairs, wheelchairs for beaches, cranes for patients with mobility disabilities, bathroom accessories, medical oxygen concentrators, repair and sale of these equipment for both tourists and residents.

"Handicap Travelers DR" contributes to reduce the accessibility gap that these tourists have when vacationing in our country, contributing their grain of sand to the development of accessible and inclusive tourism, so that their experiences flourish within an equality framework.
